  You may return most items sold by Creased.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, see "Problem with an Order"). 

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. 

Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If your return is due to our error, we also refund the return shipping costs.You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return, less a 10% restocking fee in cases of nondamaged goods. We charge restocking fees in order to keep costs (and thus prices) down when dealing with the return of items that are not defective. We're a small company, so each shipment in and out has a cost incurred even in the case of a return. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, and more costs are incurred to handle a return. 
 
Packing and Sending your Return

  You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps. 
  1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
  2. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box and address it to: 
         Creased, Inc. 
         P.O. Box 3529 
         New York, NY 10163-3529.
  3. Take the package to your local Post Office and ship it out to us. 

If your return is the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be refunded as well.

 
Problem with an Order?

  If something is wrong with an order you placed with Creased.com, we certainly want to help you. Please read the information below for more on how to proceed. Please make sure to include your order number in all correspondence.

Do you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet entered the shipping process? Email us right away at orders@creased.com. We'll reply with the status of your order as soon as we can.

Did you receive the wrong item? Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Send an email to orders@creased.com. Describe the items you purchased and need to return and the problems you found.

Are you missing an item? Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different distribution centers, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. You'll receive an email letting you know when the balance of your shipment is going out.
